Over the years I've purchased a variety of line winding contraptions that really didn't work. I needed one for the boat and my shop and saw the Beyond Braid Spooler online. Glad I did! I have mostly standard and 1/4# spools of line, and this Spooler easily handled them. I really like the ability to fine tune the tension, using the components provided. The clamp is super strong and versatile in the variety of places it can be used. Construction is excellent. Glad I purchased two of them!

I had a feeling this style was going to be good. I was using the KastKing one, and I couldn't stand it. This is perfect; anyone with a table or counter or a 2x4 can nicely spool their reels. It has springs for adding just the right tension. Love it!

Would like to have a little more tension on the spool. I tightened it as much as I could but I would like it to be slightly tighter for small diameter braid. It would be nice to have a QR code included on the packaging to watch a demo. It seems self explanatory but watching a video with explanation might be helpful.

I was skeptical about this product simply because of how was taught to spoil a spinning reel by my grandpa. Gone are the days of laying the spool of line label up and bringing my finger from applying pressure. This eliminates all that. If you don’t have one you need to get one.

When I set the tension on the springs the line just unravels and wraps around everything. Seems like a good product in the videos and a simple design but it just didn’t work for me .
