All-in 1 Super Fishing Kit (Line + Accessories)

A friend of mine ordered it. It says it comes with a book bag. Scissors comes with some pliers and it comes with four different kind of 300 yard line and 2 Spools of liters And it only came with one spool I believe 20 pound Line. Everything was in it, but the three other spools What’s going on? Someone needs to fix this

I bought this for my son thinking it would come with 3 spools of the line that I ordered and I did not get any like all I got is some sisters backpack and a knife
